Refund policy

Do you need a different size or are you not satisfied with your order? Then, of course, you can return the product(s). We will give you ample time, namely 21 days to return the product(s). In order for the returned items to be accepted for refund, they must be in new condition, unused and with the labels still attached.

Before returning, please send an e-mail to hello@first-adventures.com and mention:

• Your name
• Order number
• Product(s) you want to return
• Reason of return

Once we've received your email we will send you a confirmation by email and you will receive a separate email with a return link. Costs for the return are for your own account. You pay the costs directly to MyParcel (PostNL) before you print the return label. After receiving the confirmation the unused items can be sent to a PostNL point.

Once we have received the return shipment we will refund the paid amount within 7 days, provided the product has already been received in good order. 

How can I exchange an item?
If you prefer to exchange an item for a size larger or smaller, please send us an email with your request to exchange. We will send you a shipping label. You have to pay for the return shipping, but we take care of the costs from us to you for the new item! So you only pay the costs once.

 

For items purchased at a discount, a 7-day cooling-off period applies.
