Delivery time
We try to ship within three working days. Sometimes it's faster, but sometimes this is not possible and the orders are sent a little later. 

For pre-order items, please check the shipping information on the product page.

For shipments within the Netherlands and Belgium, we use PostNL & DHL.

France, Spain, Luxembourg, Denmark, Austria & Italy: € 14,50**
England: € 15**
Rest of Europe: € 19,50**
Rest of the World: € 22,50**

Payment
We offer a wide choice of safe payment methods: iDEAL, Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard), Bancontant/MisterCash, SOFORT, bank transfer etc.

Orders are dispatched after payment has been received. Please note that payment by bank transfer may take several days and orders paid this way will therefore be sent later.

All consumer sales prices are in Euros and include VAT.


We reserve the right to (partially) refuse or cancel an order, for example if ordered products are out of stock or in case of suspicion of abuse (e.g. in case of doubtful credit card payments or multiple returns).
